What to do
Winter and summer
Winter
- The Kranjska Gora ski area is a kilometre away. Skis and boots stay in the shared storage room.
- The cross-country ski track runs right in front of the building.
- Planica, home of the ski-jumping competitions, is 12 minutes by car.
Summer
- Lake Jasna is 2.2 km away, on foot or by bike.
- The road over the Vršič pass to Trenta and the Soča valley starts a few minutes away.
- Bikes go in the shared ski and bike storage room.
Getting here
By car, plane or bus
By car from Ljubljana
Take the motorway towards Jesenice, exit at Hrušica, then the main road through Mojstrana to Kranjska Gora: about 84 km and an hour's drive. The car park is in front of the building and free.
By plane
Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport is just over 50 minutes' drive, Klagenfurt Airport in Austria just under an hour.
By bus
Buses run from Ljubljana to Kranjska Gora. From the stop in the centre it is about 500 m to us.
